A must read - even if you’re not into meditation
A strong, down to earth man working as a journalist tells about his ups and downs and the different layers of mediation. In contrast to books that talk about Buddhism, it’s philosophy or self-help books, this one takes a deep dive into a personal experience and the struggle to apply the learnings of Buddhism/meditation in our daily lives. I personally really connect with the authors struggles and I think his insights a very deep and useful. The story and his character has a lot of charm and humor. Definitely a must read - even if you’re not interested in meditation. It lets you think outside your box :)
