An inspiration to improve my practice

Yet another briliant piece from Daniel Goleman. I love that he goes into the details of the studies to show which were done correctly and which not. I think after this book no one can doubt the effect of meditation on the brain. The narator and author is excelent as always. He does a very good job of transmitting his own excitement and passion about the subject. Will definitely go to a meditation retreat after reading this.

Life changing information on what the mind ist capable of when we venture onto that journey into meditation. Dan Goleman as one of the pioneers of bringing eastern practice together with western science speaks passionately about what that could mean for individuals, society and last but not least the survival of our species.
