Incredibly deep resources
Ben Greenfield has created the bible of fitness and nutrition, hands down. It is so shockful of knowledge and resources (via related weblinks) that can take you years to study in practice deeply. Ben is like the major chief every fitness guys scientist in this field and Im blown away about all the topics he covers here. There is nothing I can think about he hasnt integrated here.
He is also a great speaker, reading his own book. Sometimes I found it a bit fast how he runs through and over loads of heavy duty words and topics but I also appreciate it from another perspective.
All in all I wish for quicker references there would be a condensed shorter version of this book, like the hardcore sum up as an add on maybe. Thats the skinny I can share about it. Enjoy listening, it is a deep ocean of ptacticle knowledge.
