just another guru?
This dude starts his book by defaming "most other fitness gurus" then states counting calories wont work only to continue claiming it is the best method for weight loss. Complicating maths up next. In the following chapters then fortunatelly he comes up with better insights even though I have personally heard basically not much new and it is not as simple and uncomplicated for newbies as the subtitle may suggest. The book is kind of getting better from chapter to chapter in a way. And the very good thing is he backs up most of his advice with scientific evidence. In this regard this book is a good collection of some other peoples insights. And also he shares great advice and insights about nutrition and (the mostly bad about) supplements. Of course I wouldnt say this is a bad book, it is rather still a very good one but I can only give it 4 stars overall for in a nutshell this guy could at times be included in his own "just another fitness guru" category IMO, first of all sometimes I thought first of all trying hard to sell books. The title itself doesnt really fit, it is a marketing pony stunt. yep. at the end there is a big gulp of self ads, well, that should say it all for my quick review.
