The crazy life of a running icon

Bold as it is, the title pretty much sums up what to expect from this highly entertaining book. Bart Yasso might not be an olympic medalist, nor does he hold any noteworthy world record. However he has mastered more crazy running adventures than any other runner I know or read about. May it be the legendary badwater 100 at a time where there was no obvious finish line existent, running through Antarctica or Nepal or the being chased by a rhino. Delivering helpful insights and tips for runners of all ages and capabilities and by hazard developing one of the most helpful tools in marathon training, the Yasso 800, makes Bart Yasso an even more genial. I was told that this is a must-read for every runner and fully back this advice. A great read indeed.
