Great beginners book

I have 2 sprint triathlons behind me, and my next goal is running an Olympic distance. Because if that reason I got this book ( audiobook + kindle). This book has addressed all of my open questions like how do I get faster ? Do I need strength training or only 3 sports are good enough for training ? An example and more important the logic of a training program and some other questions. After reading this book, I feel more confident about preparing for my next goal. For sure this is not the only reference for me, however it has been the starting point towards a huge goal. Definitely recommended to you, if you are in similar situation like I am now.
