Sehr interessant für Teamleader
Ich hatte entsprechend dem Titel/Untertitel erwartet, dass es vorrangig um die Entwicklung des individuellen Verkaufstalentes geht. Beim hören, hatte ich aber den Eindruck, dass vor allem Verkaufsgruppenleiter angesprochen werden. Die Informationen sind trotzdem sehr interessant und anregend, nur eben nicht ganz das, was ich erwartet hatte. Daher einen Stern Abzug.
