unbelievable waste

I listened and read through many agile and scrum books already and there are many good available. But honestly this one is the worst book I have ever read/listened to.
The speaker is good, but the content is merely existent. The book consist of thousands "thank you for your time", " It will help you, because ...", " I want to point out how to ... because it is important" then after one sentence of content "I wanted to point this out ... because it is important". All the time I thought, man just say what you want to say, instead of wasting my time with empty phrases and promises. If you cancel out all the waste reducing the book to only content, you will have ca. 15 min.
And the irony of this is, that waste is an absolute no-go in Scrum!
