Anwendung bekannter Konzepte in neuen Bereichen
Der Autor zeigt anhand schöner Beispiele, wie etablierte Konzepte aus der Betriebswirtschaft und Wissenschaft auch für die Gestaltung eigener Projekte genutzt werden können.
Für Hörer die sich nur eine kurzen Impuls vor dem Start eines neuen Projektes verschaffen wollen, empfiehlt sich das letzte Kapitel, in welchem der Autor alle Konzepte kurz zusammenfasst und deren Anwendung anhand seines eigenen Projektes (Erstellung des vorliegenden Buches) erläutert.
Fazit: Alles in allem 'leichte Kost' für unterwegs, da die Beispiele kurz und hörerfreundlich dargelegt werden. Gut über mehrere Sequenzen von ca. 30-45min hörbar (sonst Sprech-Geschwindigkeit erhöhen).

great mix of interesting stories and analysis
the book covers motivation, goal setting, decision making etc. by telling stories of organisations and companies which had great success with certain methods. there are also stories where companies applied methods blindly and failed. the stories are lively and interesting to listen to. and the moral of the actions is given at the right moment. the last chapter gives an example of how to apply a mix of the methods on your own desk. great! now that I found motivation for every method in every chapter, I would like to have a booklet on my desk which summarizes every method. I'll listen to the book again and make this booklet on my own.
