Lots of "inspirational" blabla

The book has a valid point and illustrates it well. It is longer than necessary. I feel weird taking advice from someone, whose only job is to give advice. Of course he is going to say inspiring things. He doesn't have to test his beliefs against the real world. He makes money if he makes us feel good, and by seeming believable. It doesn't matter to his success whether his advice actually checks out, as long as we believe him long enough to buy his book.

A few concept repeated once and again (and again)

Not much content, extremely repeatedly. Better just watch his Ted Talk. Not recommended, there are better books out there!
