I like the way Simon Sinek guides the listener through the whole audio book. By telling stories and giving examples from the real world, one can take the messages and implement them in its own life. The advice he gives is easy to follow and possible to adapt in all areas of life. The golden circle is the centre and from there is so much potential to find your own way - as a company or as an individual person.

I highly recommend this audio book if you feel like being stuck in any area of your life. Even for a company, in the end a “customer” is someone with deep believes, values and wants to listen to stories - to feel connected. If you want to improve something maybe you should ask first “why”?
