This 20-something Tucson native has natural ability to create vividly funny living pictures that will have listeners in stitches. He brings forth strikingly authentic off-the-wall sound effects and brilliant impressions (imagine Spanish versions of Jerry Seinfeld, Johnny Carson and Ed McMahon). In this live performance you'll hear grimly narrated action-movie previews, with Arnold Schwarzenegger as a tortilla vendor targeted by the mob, a hilarious spoofing of those intensely melodramatic Telemundo soap operas, and what Denny's would be like if the waiters were male exotic dancers. Francisco was nominated Best Male Stand-Up Comic by The American Comedy Awards.weiterlesen
People should shy away from the word wacky unless describing clowns or Warner Brother cartoons, but Pablo Francisco is wacky. Wit is an essential facet of comedy. And Pablo Francisco takes wit to a whole new level. Anybody can tell a good joke, but a person that can tell that same joke with impersonations and sound effects is a true rarity. Francisco does rough and tough cowboy-square dancers, musicals, psycho girlfriends, and even Arnold Schwartenegger as a tortilla boy. This is truly a side-splitter. I love listening to sheer wackiness of it. (Jock C.)

Großartige Comedy. Nur leider kaum verständlich.
