I also own the book and have read it one and a half times when I bought the audio book. Whenever I listen to the book again its gives me new insights, ideas and inspiration. The only thing I don't like is that it is abridged. All of his books are good, but this is the best, not only for people interested in doing engergy healing, but also for anybody who is willing to widen their horizon by stretching their mind and entering unknown territory

I found the ideas useful and clearly expresed. I listened to it twice, which is a good way to approach the content of these types of books. One discovers new things by the second reading as well. I do thing that the ideas discuss can help in everyday life to slow down and live in the moment.
