This is the ticket

I lost 30lbs on bobs skinny rules, but I have plateaued a little and have a vacation coming up. If you don't have a date that you have to be thin and looking your best then listen to the skinny rules instead. This is a hard core 3 week only plan to get ready for a big date. That said, it really motivates me to stay on track.
