Beautiful voices, beautiful stories, such a kind and loving experience. I'm not pregnant nor planning to be soon, but these meditations help me nevertheless to reconcile with my body, with being a woman and with facing motherhood as an inherent part of being a woman - in my past as the baby of my mother and possibly in the future as a mother to my baby. The sleeper soother might even be useful for a man if the introductory sentences are skipped. Thanks to the authors for creating this audio file!
