The book is asking and answering a lot of questions around sleep. You find out what sleep type you are and what the ideal shedule for your biorhythm is. I used this to improve and optimize my own personal shedule and start seing results of it. Sleep is such a big and important part of life. If you are interested in personal development, this will cover a big area.
I know, this is the kind of positive review ppl would pay for, but I just liked the book :)
