Inhaltsangabe

Scotland, 1860. Reverend Alexander Ferguson takes up his new parish, an isolated patch on the Hebridean island of Harris. Not enough story for that reading time

I love the narrators, especially Cathleen McCarron is one of my favourite readers. But that about sums up my positives of the book.
It's a very slow streamlet of a story that takes too much time and somewhat never really unfolds itself.
