A very interesting founded analysis of sleep
this is a well founded, practical book about sleeping and it's still under rated value in health. in a world of 24/7 connectivity and availability, quality sleeping and so called siestas are more and more difficult. I find the recommendation practical and sleep better. Counting cycles and not hours.
