Very good message, but highly repetitive
Lot of talking for a short message. At some point, things start repeating almost dogmatically, even with the exact same words. Sometimes clearly inaccurate, due to overly broad generalizations and fallible logic.
Nevertheless, it's a very good book, that can be recommended to all people who may set their own goals freely. The author has a strong point and brings it across. With a hammer.

es wiederholt sich, aber
es macht einen deutlich und man konditioniert sich für seine Themen um das warum zu verstehen. man mag es oder nicht, aber jeder kennst es, dass man von einem Mal lesen oder hören man es nicht gleich verinnerlicht hat. also repeat repeat repeat.

Simone Sinek ist ein sehr guter Sprecher! Hatte einen Hörgenuss das ganze Buch lang.

A worthy book.
I believe this book deserve a Max rating solely on the psychological and ethical message it shares and awakens within each person,yes,it's repetitive in certain chapters,yes,it doesnt have a very wide corporations,institutions or businesses as examples but it passes on the WHY for which it was built-up.Enjoyed it very much.

Gut, aber hinten raus repititiv
Definitiv inspirierend und ich hätte mir gerne Stellen gehilghlighted, um sie leichter zitieren zu können. Inhaltlich baut das Buch aber hinten raus ab: Statt einer on point Zusammenfassung nach dem Cylinder und seiner Verknüpfung zum Hirn (die imo hätte ausführlicher sein können), kommt eine seichte Wiederholung der ersten Teile.
Ich empfehle es trotzdem jedem, der sich nach einem Buch über die Zustände in seiner Arbeitsstätte aufregen möchte.

Really inspiring. could connect as an entrepreneur
