Awful and sick advices if I can call them advices
Audio was fine but the story very primitive especially for women. I cannot understand how this book can be bestselling.

It is a selfish approach to dealing with difficult people
It recognizes a though problem (dealing with assholes) and it provides strategies to deal with it, it even draws some empathy by showing that we, the readers, are sometimes assholes too. It fails though to build an strategy based on empathy and collaboration, by instead offering an us vs them point of view that tenda to alienated and fail to deal with people that are often just different from ourselves.
