Encouraging Book for those who need to learn more about themselves
At first I thought: OMG she is telling us all the time how great she is and blablabla. That lasted about half the book. Then I must say I felt like Cam really wants us to get better, stay healthy, get fit. She really believes in it and wanted to share.
I am amazed how much the voices are alike. Sandy Rustin, who reads the book, sounds almost more like Cameron Diaz than she herself does :-)
As a nutritionist I have to say she got the facts right, which is great because not all authors hit this point.
If you want to learn and be encouraged, this is the book for you. Enjoy!

super tolles Buch
Das Buch bringt einem näher seine Gesundheit und seinen Körper mehr zu schätzen, zu achten und zu fördern. Es ist gut gesprochen und sehr interessant! Super!
