Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
Das Buch beschreibt sehr gut, die Probleme die es heutzutage zwischen Männer und Frauen gibt und warum nur wenige Beziehungen auf langer Sicht funktionieren. Die Argumente des Autors sind so logisch, dass es schon fast etwas peinlich ist , dass man nicht selber darüber nachgedacht hat.
Es hilft mir ungemein als logischer Mensch , die weibliche Perspektive zu verstehen und nachvollziehen zu können, wie wichtig Emotionen am Anfang für eine Frau sind . Das Bild des „grounded man“ kannte ich bisher nicht, aber es wird sehr ausführlich erklärt was er ist, welche Vorteile dieser gegenüber seine zwei anderen Gegenstücke hat und wie man zu einem wird. Ich bin sehr gespannt , das Gelernte in meinen zukünftigen Interaktionen anzuwenden.

Excellent literature
This is not just a dating help book. It contains many advices for life and personal growth in general. Author reads it very well with a clear voice and really motivates you to take action and become a grounded man.
5/5 Would recommend it to everyone who wants to grow and improve at dating and life in general.

Nothing new under the sun
If you know "the rational male" by Tomassi and maybe another book about PU (maybe "Models" by Mark Manson?), you could skip this book completely. Yes, he advocates this "natural lifestyle" - so not only artificial pickup. But the content is a bit thin. His solution to get out of the AFC trap is "go out/do online game/whatever and have two meaningful interactions with women per week". After 90 days, you should have 1-3 girls you're dating. IDK how it is in California, but in my part of the world, it doesn't work this way.
Another downside is, that he is constantly advertising his "free" seminar. Well, overall it leaves me with a bad feeling ...
